What we collect

When you request a quote or book transport, we collect the information you give us:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Pickup and delivery locations (city, ZIP or address)
• Vehicle information (year, make, model, whether it runs) and any notes you add
• Your preferred pickup date

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, schedule and complete your vehicle transport, and to contact you about that job (for example, pickup and delivery updates).

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to complete your transport or when required by law.

Payments

Deposits and card payments are processed by QuickBooks (Intuit) through a secure payment link. Your card or bank details are entered on QuickBooks’ system, so Gorilla Transport LLC does not see or store your full card details.

How the quote form works

Our quote form currently opens your own email app with your details filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send, and the message goes to our business email.
